- (Cavolo Nero) has lovely dark, elongated leaves and a robust texture once cooked. It's also rich in vitamins A, C and K, as well as antioxidants and fibre, making it one of the most nutritious leafy greens.
- Padrón Peppers An interesting small green pepper from the municipality of Padrón in Galicia, north-west Spain. They're usually mild in flavour, but every once in a while, you'll bite into one that's surprisingly spicy! I steam them first, then drizzle with olive oil, season and lightly fry until they're just beginning to char.
- Organic Cauliflowers Beautiful organic cauliflowers, grown slowly in the UK on mineral-rich soil. The result is a firmer cauliflower with an exceptional nutty flavour and crunch. For zero food waste, don't forget you can eat the leaves too – they're tender, sweet and delicious.
- Lollo Rosso Lettuce With its tender, frilled edges and beautiful dark red leaves, Lollo Rosso is as attractive as it is tasty. The base of the leaves have a lovely crunch, while the flavour is earthy with a gentle hint of bitterness – mild enough not to overpower your favourite dressings.
- Samphire A crisp, succulent sea vegetable with a salty tang. Our organic samphire is grown in fields naturally flooded by the sea. It's the perfect accompaniment to many summer dishes.
