Last veg week before we break for a short holiay

This week we have beautiful rainbow bunched beetroot and rainbow bunched carrots, bringing a wonderful array of fresh, living nutrients to your meals. We also have fresh, juicy sweetcorn, which is always one of our most popular summer treats!

One of my favourite breakfasts at this time of year is a slice of toasted 24 Sourdough topped with sliced tomatoes, fresh basil, seasoning and a drizzle of olive oil. Every ingredient comes from Love Organic. It’s simple and delicious.

You may not know that we offer refills of wonderful organic Greek extra virgin olive oil. It really is exceptional. Made from a single variety of organic Koroneiki olives, the trees are traditionally managed, the olives are harvested by hand, and the oil is cold extracted in local mills. The result is a medium-green olive oil with a fresh, fruity, gently nutty flavour and a distinctive peppery finish. It’s perfect for salads, dipping, roasting or simply drizzling over fresh tomatoes.

If you’d like a refill, from Sept send in your empty bottle labelled with your name. Refills are £8.40 for 500 ml. If you’d prefer to try it first, you’ll also find it available on our website and on the Stocks list below the veg list.
Finally, a little reminder that this will be our last delivery until September. As many of our customers are away during August, it’s difficult to keep our scheme running over the summer holidays. Do order any cupboard essentials you may need over the summer such as organic oats or brown rice etc.

Your next order form will be sent out on Friday 4th September for deliveries on Friday 11th September, so do pop those dates into your diary.
