Chinese Leaf – A long, tightly packed head of soft leaves with juicy stems and a crunchy inner heart, Chinese Leaf is fresh and tender. Also called napa/Chinese cabbage but is similar to a pointed cabbage/pak choi cross. Often included in kimchi.
