Celebrating 8 years of Love Organic
This month marks an historic milestone for Love Organic, we have been in business for 8 years!
It has been a really crazy 8 years yet thoroughly rewarding to build a business that people love and giving local people access to good, healthy, organic fresh fruit and vegetables.
The business is growing in terms of products we now offer and customers we are now reaching and long may it continue.
Our story
We began in May 2018 with our weekly market at Timber and expanded to include our box scheme in 2020. We’ve loved being part of the growing organic movement — sharing fresh organic produce, dried foods, and condiments, while supporting local organic growers wherever possible.
For many years Sana Stevens ran a highly respected and successful shop in Ringwood called Timber.
Timber stocked organic clothing, cruelty free make up, crystals, jewellery and much more. An ideal shop to purchase gifts or all kinds.
Sana won The New Forest Brilliance Awards for Entrepreneurship in 2022 and finalists for customer care in 2023.
Covid 19 changed everything
It was the lock down that changed everything. For many retail businesses the lock down hit hard and many shops were forced to close.
We were locked down at our small farm growing organic food on the land and came up with the idea of organic food delivery.
We launched Love Organic in 2018 by offering the service to our Timber customers and grew from there.
Initially we set up a Veg Market which was well received in the town, but have since closed the market to focus on organic food delivery service.
The future
The future of Love Organic is in the customers hands for as long as local people want orgnanic food, we will be there to supply and deliver it to your doorstep.
