A real delicacy, with a mild, fresh taste. Eat them raw, or only very lightly cooked, to retain their sweetness and crunch.

To prep, simply snap off the green tops and peel downwards to remove any stringy bits. Eat them raw, throw into a stir-fry, or boil them very quickly for 30 secs – 1 min.

Storage

Keep in their bag in the fridge until you are ready to eat them. They are best eaten very fresh, although they’ll keep in the fridge for 2 or 3 days.
