A good side dish with our lovely olive oil, or mash with herbs.  Fold borlotti beans into rich tomato sauce for posh baked beans, or put into stews to add  volume.

Don’t be surprised if the pods are a little dry, our borlotti beans are harvested demi-sec (‘half-dry’), left to dry slightly on the plant to deepen their flavour. Once shelled, you’ll find luscious borlotti beans packed with flavour.
