Payments

If you fall behind with payments we may not be able to continue providing boxes until your balance is cleared.

Cancel membership

We reserve the right to cancel your membership without a reason.

Deadline for orders

We need to receive your order no later than Saturday at 3pm.

Community hub pickups

Please pick up your boxes from the community hubs within the timeframe for that hub.

Boxes are left at the hub at customers risk. 

If you fail to pickup your box from the hub you will still be charged.

Latest order can be cancelled

Cancellation of orders must be received by Sunday midnight or the picking and packing will be done on Monday morning.

Quality issues

If you feel the quality of a product has a quality issue you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the product with a picture so we can investigate. 

Order issues

We are not obliged to fulfil the whole order as sometimes we do not received the quantities of produce we were expecting.

If this happens you will only be billed for products you receive.

Delivery

You will be informed by email if your delivery is going to be late due to transport issues.

We will always do our best to remedy a situation with you, that may mean we deliver to your home rather than a hub.

Hubs will be informed of delays to deliveries.
