We are totally committed to sustainability; our land is maintained organically and biodynamically. We are proud to be within the new Forest National Park, a wonderfully diverse landscape of forest, heath, grassland and marsh and do our best to complement the diverse range of flora and fauna around us. Our land is full of wildlife areas and we have installed bat and bird boxes, bee hotels and plant wildlife friendly species. This supports and enhances the eco system and the creation of more biodiversity and wildlife habitats.

With grow our produce and fruit using organic and biodynamic principles. This protects the environment preventing contamination of pesticides which are harmful to wildlife and our water.

Our soil is fed by our homemade compost We use methods such as no dig and
companion planting to increase our productivity.
