Becoming a customer
(Existing customers please go ahead and order. There is no need to email us)
New customers please email us at [email protected] and let us know your address and postcode. Once you have emailed we will confirm if you are in our catchment area and we let you know you can proceed to purchase on the website.
Many customers collect from our many Community Hubs around the area. However, if you are on our delivery route we can also offer home delivery for £3.50.
We do not take payment on the website, you will be invoiced separately by email for payment by bank transfer.
Placing an order
Our service is fortnightly, deliveries are on Fridays. We may be able to arrange an alternative day so just ask.
We encourage our customers to order from the website as it offers all the latest produces, prices and descriptions and from time to time we will add exclusive offers and product bundles on the website.
We can also send a ‘quick order form’ to you via email which you can complete on a laptop/computer (it’s not so ‘phone friendly’). If you would like the form please email: [email protected]
On this website once you have selected items and added to your order, you can review your order by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top right of the screen.
To view your full order details you can also visit the Current Order page in your account, where you can:
- Delete any items you no longer require
- Check your delivery details
- See the estimated price and cost of your order (produce is weighed and priced)
- Provide us with any specific Delivery instructions for your home
- Enter an offer code if available
Orders need to be received by midday on a Tuesday for a Friday delivery, orders receive outside of that will be delivered the following week.
The website will be updated every Tuesday evening so its best to place your order Saturday till Tues at 3.

- Set holidays, useful if you’d like to take a short break from deliveries.
